In an effort to accelerate digital transformation in Southeast Asia, PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (Telin) and Radius Telecoms, Inc. (Radius) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enhance international data services and connectivity for Philippine enterprises across the region.
Under the MoU, Radius will resell Telin’s International Ethernet Private Lease Circuit (IEPL) services to local enterprises. Both companies will launch annual joint go-to-market campaigns, offering tailored solutions to businesses in the Philippines.

Telin’s Chief Commercial Officer, Kharisma, said, “This collaboration is more than just a business agreement; it’s a shared commitment to empowering Philippine enterprises. By uniting Telin’s international reach with Radius’s local strength, we’re delivering seamless, scalable solutions that will help businesses grow regionally and globally.”
A key highlight of the partnership is the integration of Radius’s local points of presence (PoPs) into Telin’s connectivity platform, TNeX. This digital platform will allow businesses across the Philippines to access Telin’s global network services from a single online platform.

Radius President and CEO, Exequiel Delgado, noted that its stronghold areas in Mega Manila, Clark, the rest of Central Luzon, and Cebu are key hot spots for multinational companies. “This partnership strengthens and expands Radius’s reach internationally, which translates to better options for our enterprise customers,” explained Delgado.
